KHESH GRUPO advances preparation of a child neurorehabilitation programme in Karakalpakstan with Spanish healthcare specialists
KHESH GRUPO has advanced the preparation of a child neurorehabilitation initiative in Karakalpakstan, moving the project from initial need identification into a structured project-preparation process with Spanish healthcare specialists.
During the preparation stage, the local healthcare side provided formal support for joint development of the initiative. A structured information package and documentary questionnaire were subsequently prepared, localized into a bilingual format by KHESH GRUPO and submitted for completion.
The Spanish healthcare team has reviewed the materials received and provided an initial assessment of the next preparation stages. A working call held on 1 October 2026 confirmed alignment on the project-development approach and the need to define the work in phases, with clear stages and deliverables.
KHESH GRUPO acts as the international coordinator and project-structuring partner, connecting the local public healthcare need with relevant Spanish expertise and coordinating the preparation process. International access to Spanish capabilities is supported through the Spain–Central Asia Business Gateway (SCABG).
The project remains at the preparation stage. No construction decision, procurement programme, financing commitment or approved PPP structure has been announced.
The next step is to agree the phased preparation plan, validate the scope of the initial healthcare-service concept work and define the additional information required for the following stage.
