KHESH GRUPO enters a project-development framework for guayule cultivation and processing in Uzbekistan
On 10 September 2026, KHESH GRUPO signed a Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention Agreement with international partners in connection with the exploration and structuring of a guayule project in Uzbekistan.

The parties are jointly exploring a potential technology-transfer and investment project covering guayule cultivation in Uzbekistan and the possible development of an industrial processing plant for guayule-derived products. The agreement identifies natural rubber, resins, latex and essential oils among the potential outputs, with possible additional use of residual biomass.
The agreement establishes the framework for exchanging technical, commercial, financial, strategic and institutional information required to evaluate and structure the project. It also protects the parties against circumvention while the opportunity is being assessed and developed.
KHESH GRUPO's role at this stage is to participate in the structuring and coordination of the opportunity in Uzbekistan and to support the interface between international project capabilities and the local project-development environment.
The project remains at an exploratory and structuring stage. The agreement does not constitute a joint venture, corporate partnership or exclusive relationship between the parties, and it does not represent an investment commitment, construction decision or implementation approval.
The next stage is to define the project-development roadmap and the technical, agronomic, industrial and financial information required for the initial assessment.
