KHESH GRUPO signs a cooperation memorandum with the Council of Ministers of Karakalpakstan
On 3 June 2026, KHESH GRUPO and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation in Nukus, Uzbekistan.
The memorandum establishes a framework for information exchange, expert dialogue and preliminary preparation of regional project initiatives. Potential areas of cooperation include agribusiness and agro-logistics, water and environmental management, energy, industry, transport, healthcare and rehabilitation, and tourism.
KHESH GRUPO's role may include the preliminary assessment of selected opportunities and coordination with relevant Spanish and European companies, experts and institutions. Individual initiatives remain subject to separate evaluation and decisions by the respective stakeholders.
The memorandum does not constitute an investment, financing, procurement or project implementation commitment.
